From the first call to a safe ride home
Seven steps, and you only have to do the first one.
You ask about your date
Send your date, venue and a little about your dog. I reply personally to say whether the date is open.
A short planning call
We talk through your timeline, which moments you want your dog in, and who takes your dog afterwards.
I meet your dog
Before anything is booked, I meet your dog to see how they handle a new person, handling, car rides and busy places. If a wedding would be too much for them, I tell you.
Agreement and care plan
You get a written agreement and a care plan for the day: feeding, breaks, quiet spot, emergency contact and the handover.
Venue and vendor check-in
I confirm the venue's pet rules and line up timing with your planner and photographer, so your dog arrives when they are needed, not two hours early.
The day itself
Pickup, a calm arrival, photos and ceremony moments, with water, potty breaks and quiet time in between. Leashed and supervised the whole time.
Safely home
Your dog goes home or to your chosen person before the reception. You get a text when they are back.
What comes with me
- Spare leash and harness
- Water and a travel bowl
- Towels and a cleaning kit
- Waste bags
- Owner-approved treats only
- Pet first-aid supplies
- Weather gear: shade, cooling, rain
- Your dog's care plan and emergency contacts
What I will not do
- Force a dog down the aisle or into a pose
- Use sedatives or harsh equipment
- Let your dog off leash at the venue
- Take two weddings on the same day
- Promise your dog will be perfect. Dogs are dogs.
If your dog is overwhelmed, their part of the day ends early and they go home. That call is made for the dog, and I will tell you why.
